20 year warranty for air-conditioning componentry Ductair manufactures on complete systems, installed in residential roof space by qualified tradesperson, covering replacement and/or repair of faulty components, where manufacturing defects have caused a breakdown in materials excluding mechanical parts.

• Fault must be determined by original retailer/installer and approved by Ductair
• Warranty does not cover 'Acts of God', or owner missuse outside of normal use
